To process an order please use the below simple step-by-step description.  

1) Browse FAGOstore for your favorite records using either the search option or scrolling by category or format.   

2) Place your item or items in the shopping cart (Add to Cart) by clicking on the cart button for the records you wish to purchase.  

3) Please check the quantity and press the update button before continuing.  

4) For new customers please input the delivery details (name, address, phone number) or potentially an alternate recipient. For returning customers, simply login and we will automatically retrieve your delivery details.

5) Make sure you select the correct shipping and your prefered payment option (Bank Transfer or PayPal) and press continue

6) Review the final details of your order (amount, shipping, delivery detail, payment) and assure you accept the terms of purchase before confirming.

7) You will receive a confirmation email outlining all details of your order and selected payment options.

8) Your purchase will be safely packed and shipped within 48 hours of receiving payment.
