I am a sucker for MPS records and would not mind listening through every single one of their releases. The mighty Clark Terry backed pretty much the who's who of jazz from Cannonball Adderley to Quincy Jones but here acts a leader. Solid take of Gillespie's Wham but the highlight is Perdido. Live recording with some heavy jamming going on.
