Hard to choose a favorite Main Ingredient album as they are all good but this is definately high up the list. The cover art is ace and with Superwoman, You Can Call Me Rover and the crackin take of the Isley Brothers classic Work To Do this is a real treat. Laminated gatefold cover is straight EX, vinyl has small marks causing lightest crackle (recorded the worst part).
